Everything you want to know about professional wedding livestreaming, answered honestly and without the sales pitch.
For peak season weddings, April through October, we recommend booking nine to twelve months in advance. Nashville is a busy wedding market and popular dates fill quickly. That said, we do accept last-minute bookings when the calendar allows. If your date is soon, reach out anyway and we will let you know what is available.
No. Nashville Weddings Live serves weddings throughout Middle Tennessee, including Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Gallatin, Spring Hill, Columbia, and surrounding areas. We also travel for destination weddings. Approximately thirty percent of our work is outside the Nashville metro area, including destination weddings across the country and internationally.
Your wedding date, your venue name and location, an approximate guest count for remote viewers, and a general sense of what you want covered: ceremony only, full day, or destination. From there we can build a detailed proposal. You do not need to have everything figured out to start the conversation.
We custom-price every wedding based on your specific venue, date, scope, and logistics. We do not publish a flat rate because no two weddings are the same. Most Nashville-area ceremony packages are priced competitively with professional videography. When you inquire, you will receive a clear, itemized proposal — no vague estimates, no surprise fees. You will know exactly what you are getting before you commit to anything.
We always bring our own internet. Every Nashville Weddings Live broadcast runs on four independent connections simultaneously: three separate cellular carriers plus Starlink satellite. Your venue's Wi-Fi is added as a fifth option when available. If any one connection fails, the broadcast continues without interruption. We have never lost a stream due to internet failure.
Full frame cinema cameras with professional lenses, professional audio equipment including lapel microphones for the officiant or couple, broadcast-grade encoding hardware, and a full redundant internet stack. All equipment is professional-grade — the same category of gear used in television production environments. We test everything before your wedding day, not on it.
They receive a private link and a password. That is all. No app download, no account creation, no technical setup. They click the link, enter the password, and they are watching on any device, any browser, anywhere in the world. The stream is optimized for laptop, tablet, phone, and smart TV viewing.
There is no practical limit for the number of concurrent viewers. Whether you have five remote guests or five hundred, the stream handles it. We do not throttle or restrict viewer counts.
Broadcast-quality video that is clear, stable, and professionally color-balanced. We do not stream in low resolution or compressed formats that make the image look like a phone call. Your remote guests will see what your front row sees, rendered on their screen in high quality.
Always, and carefully. We coordinate directly with your photo and video team before the wedding day, sharing our setup plan, confirming camera positions, and making sure we never compete for the same angles. A professional livestream team should make your other vendors' jobs easier, not harder. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Yes. We treat your wedding planner as a key partner and communicate with them throughout the planning process. We share our timeline, confirm logistics, and stay in contact on the wedding day so the planner always knows exactly where we are and what we are doing.
No. We work quietly, move carefully, and are trained to be invisible within a ceremony space. Your guests will not notice us. We do not use lighting rigs that alter the ambiance of the ceremony, and we do not reposition equipment in ways that draw attention. The broadcast happens. The room does not change.
Yes. We can tap into an existing venue sound system, work with your officiant's lapel microphone, or provide our own dedicated audio, depending on what your venue has available and what will produce the best result. Audio clarity is one of the most important things we focus on. If the vows can't be heard clearly, nothing else matters.
After your wedding you receive a film of the entire livestream, delivered as a digital file. Yours to keep, share, and watch forever with no watermarks and no expiration date.
Replay access is available with select packages. Guests who experienced technical difficulties, were watching across a difficult time zone, or simply could not tune in live can watch the full ceremony at their convenience. Ask about replay access when you inquire.
As a digital file delivered directly to you, via a download link or cloud storage transfer, depending on your preference. You receive the file within shortly after your wedding of your wedding. From there it is yours to do with as you wish: share it, archive it, upload it, or watch it every anniversary.
Yes, anywhere in the world. About thirty percent of our work is destination. Travel, lodging, and equipment logistics are all handled on our end. International-grade broadcast engineering means the same redundant infrastructure and professional setup regardless of where your wedding takes place. Destination packages are custom-scoped and priced based on your location and timeline.
We are happy to answer anything that is not covered here. Reach out directly. There is no sales process, just a conversation about your wedding.
